Common questions

Before you install

Is cloud AI free for administrators?

No. Normal administrators use their eligible wallet or included plan balance. Only a separately verified Master Admin policy can bypass billing.

Can free reward credit pay for cloud models?

Not automatically. Promotional and app-specific reward credit is separated from purchased or eligible subscription credit.

Does Sophie support Chrome extensions?

No. Sophie uses a Tauri desktop architecture rather than the Chrome extension-host model.

Why is macOS unavailable?

A production macOS package must be built, signed, notarized, installed, and tested on native Apple infrastructure.
