Capability: whether the account may use a product or function.
Wallet: whether a paid cloud request has eligible credit.
Consent: whether the user approved this cloud request.
Master Admin: a separately verified server policy, never inferred from ordinary admin.

401 · Sign-in
Sign in again or complete the secure desktop callback.
403 · Access
Your account lacks the required product capability.
402 · Wallet
The capability exists, but eligible VT credit is insufficient.
Update error
Check network and disk space, then use the verified showcase download.
